The Huazhi HZY series represents an advanced generation of semi-micro analytical balances built around a proprietary super monoblock sensor technology. The monoblock construction eliminates mechanical joints and assembly variations within the sensor, delivering fast weighing response, high durability, and exceptional sensitivity and stability coherence — characteristics critical for semi-micro level weighing at 0.01 mg readability.
Automatic dual intelligent internal calibration operates in two trigger modes: time-triggered calibration at user-defined intervals from 1 to 300 minutes, and temperature-triggered calibration that initiates automatically when ambient temperature deviation reaches a user-set threshold. This continuous self-correction eliminates the need for manual calibration weights in day-to-day operation and ensures measurement accuracy is maintained regardless of laboratory temperature fluctuations. The 5-inch touch screen provides intuitive operation with a capacity progress bar for safe loading guidance.
Twenty supported weighing units including g, mg, ct, lb, oz, ozt, GN, and dwt cover pharmaceutical, jewellery, precious metals, and analytical laboratory applications. Application modes include percentage weighing, density measurement, dynamic weighing, count mode, pricing, high-low check, Gross/Net/Tare, peak hold, and accumulation. Measurements can be read directly into Excel via installed software when connected to a PC through USB or RS232. A mental rear draft shield with anti-static treatment and under-hook for below-balance weighing complete the professional feature set.
