Portable Sound Level Meter, Auto Ranging – EZDO | DS-102
The EZDO DS-102 is a professional-grade portable sound level meter designed for accurate noise measurement in industrial, environmental, and laboratory settings. The instrument auto-ranges across three overlapping measurement ranges covering 30 to 130 dB, eliminating the need for manual range switching during surveys. A and C frequency weighting modes allow compliance with different occupational health and environmental noise standards. Both fast and slow dynamic characteristics are selectable to suit transient noise events or steady-state background measurements respectively.
A 1/2-inch electret condenser microphone provides stable and reliable acoustic sensing, and Min/Max storage with recall supports level logging during extended monitoring periods. The analogue DC output at 10mV/dB enables connection to chart recorders or external data acquisition systems.
