CISA BA-series digital sieve shakers are engineered for precise and repeatable granulometric particle size analysis in laboratory, industrial, pharmaceutical, food, mining, and construction materials testing. Both models use electromagnetic drive technology to generate a three-dimensional particle motion — combining vertical displacement with a rotational component across the sieve surface — that significantly reduces sieving time compared to conventional single-axis mechanical shakers while improving separation efficiency across the full mesh range from 20 µm to 125 mm.

Four key parameters are digitally controlled and adjustable from a single LCD interface during sieving: amplitude, sieving time, number of sieves, and intermittence interval. The system automatically adjusts vibration intensity according to the number of sieves loaded, ensuring consistent performance regardless of stack configuration. Both continuous and discontinuous sieving modes with 10-second intervals are available, and the digital control of amplitude and time ensures complete test repeatability between operators and sessions.

The Cisa-Press 2 quick-clamping system drastically reduces sieve stack preparation and dismounting time compared to traditional clamping methods, improving laboratory throughput. Both models accommodate dry and wet sieve testing on the same equipment. The BA200N is a compact and lightweight model weighing 27 kg, suitable for laboratories with limited bench space, accommodating sieve diameters from 60 to 203 mm with up to 8 sieves of 50 mm height or 15 sieves of 25 mm height. The BA300N Silent Plus is the larger, acoustically optimised model weighing 62 kg, featuring additional noise and vibration transmission minimisation technology specifically designed for sensitive laboratory environments, and accommodating sieve diameters up to 315 mm with up to 8 sieves of 70 mm height or 12 sieves of 50 mm height.

Each unit is supplied with an instruction manual, two spare fuses, and a 100% recycled cardboard transport box. An optional Sieve Shaker Calibration Certificate service is available.
