Constant Temperature and Humidity Incubator – Faithful (70 L to 250 L) | HWS-B Series

The Faithful HWS series constant temperature and humidity incubators are precision environmental chambers designed for applications requiring simultaneous and independent control of both temperature and relative humidity. These instruments are widely used in biological and pharmaceutical research, material aging and stability testing, seed germination studies, food science experiments, electronic component reliability testing, and any application where controlled climatic conditions must be maintained with high accuracy and reproducibility.

The chamber operates using forced convection to ensure uniform temperature and humidity distribution throughout the working volume. Cooling is provided by an air-cooled hermetic compressor using R134A refrigerant with automatic intelligent defrosting, enabling the chamber to reach temperatures below ambient without manual intervention. An internal humidifying system generates and maintains the required humidity level automatically, while the polyurethane insulation layer provides efficient thermal management across both heating and cooling cycles.

The inner chamber is fabricated from mirror-polished stainless steel for corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, while the outer shell uses cold-rolled steel with an electrostatic powder-coated finish. A plastic test hole of φ43mm and a universal external power socket allow cable access and external device connection for sample monitoring during testing.

Control is managed through a 30-section LCD programmable controller with touch button operation, allowing complex multi-stage temperature and humidity profiles to be programmed and executed automatically. The controller displays measuring temperature on the upper LCD row and set temperature on the lower row for clear simultaneous readout. Humidity control is fully automatic via the PT100 sensor, and the timer covers 0 to 99.9 hours across 30 programmable sections with a timing wait function for delayed start or sequential program execution.

Safety features include over-temperature alarm, over-humidity alarm, and water shortage alarm to protect both samples and the instrument during unattended operation. Additional intelligent functions include LED status indication, deviation correction, menu key lock, and self-diagnosis with power failure parameter memory loop, ensuring settings and program data are preserved even in the event of an unexpected power interruption.
