PTFE oval magnetic stir bars are purpose-designed for use inside round bottom flasks, where the curved internal geometry makes standard cylindrical or octagonal bars inefficient or unstable. The smooth, elongated oval profile mirrors the contour of the flask base, allowing the bar to spin freely and maintain consistent contact with the glass surface for effective liquid circulation throughout the vessel.

Manufactured from high-purity PTFE, these stir bars offer near-universal chemical resistance and introduce zero contamination into samples. The non-stick surface prevents sample adhesion, ensures clean retrieval after use, and allows easy cleaning or autoclaving between experiments.
