The Faithful FSF-HD series vertical autoclaves are designed for reliable steam sterilization in laboratory, medical, and research environments. Using saturated steam under controlled pressure, these sterilizers achieve complete destruction of bacteria, spores, and other microorganisms on all treated items. They are widely used for sterilizing glassware, metal instruments, culture media, laboratory waste, textiles, and wrapped surgical items.

Standard operating conditions of 134°C and 0.22 MPa correspond to the internationally accepted rapid sterilization cycle, while the design tolerances of 150°C and 0.3 MPa provide a substantial safety margin. A flexible dual-range timer covering both 0–99 minutes and 0–99 hours 59 minutes accommodates both short rapid cycles and extended sterilization runs. Heating elements are directly integrated into the chamber base, and the number of elements increases with chamber volume to maintain consistent heating performance across all sizes.
