LS-HD series vertical autoclaves are designed for efficient and reliable steam sterilization in hospital laboratories and scientific research institutions. The fully stainless steel structure provides superior corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, while the hand wheel quick-open door design allows fast and safe loading and unloading. A self-inflating type seal ensures reliable pressure containment throughout the sterilization cycle, and a door safety lock system prevents accidental opening under pressure.

Microcomputer control with LCD display and touch-type keypad manages the complete sterilization cycle automatically, including pre-heating, sterilization hold, and automatic cool air and steam discharge after completion. A beep alarm signals cycle completion. Temperature is adjustable across 105–134°C with a standard working condition of 134°C at 0.22 MPa. Over-temperature and over-pressure auto-protection, water shortage safety protection, and circuit breaker protection ensure safe unattended operation. An integrated drying system is included. Two stainless steel sterilizing baskets are supplied as standard.
