IVO series vacuum drying ovens provide a controlled low-pressure environment for drying substances that would degrade, oxidise, or decompose under atmospheric conditions. The chamber can be filled with inert gas for additional protection of reactive materials. The stainless steel interior vacuum tubing maintains superior vacuum levels, while stainless steel vacuum and vent valves provide long-term durability. A built-in check valve prevents vacuum pump oil backflow into the chamber, protecting both samples and the pump. Built-in LED lighting enables clear observation of samples throughout the drying cycle without opening the chamber.

The aluminum alloy heating shelves combined with quick-heating sidewalls provide fast and uniform heat distribution. LCD PID control with low proportional gain ensures precise, stable temperature regulation across the range of RT to 250°C. The vacuum gauge covers 0 to -0.1 MPa for accurate pressure monitoring. The silicone door gasket provides an effective seal. On the 91L and 215L models, each shelf has an independent heater with its own controller, achieving excellent temperature uniformity and fast heating rates across large chamber volumes.
