VO series vacuum drying ovens are designed for laboratory and industrial applications where conventional atmospheric drying is unsuitable due to sample sensitivity to heat, oxygen, or moisture. By operating under vacuum conditions below 133 Pa, the boiling point of moisture and solvents is significantly reduced, allowing effective drying at lower temperatures without thermal degradation. The chamber can also be filled with inert gas to protect reactive materials during the drying process.

The thickened steel inner chamber ensures structural integrity under prolonged vacuum operation at varying pressure levels. The double-layer door with inner spring-fixed layer provides superior leakproofness compared to single-layer designs, maintaining stable vacuum throughout the drying cycle. Heating shelves are made from high-quality aluminum alloy for excellent thermal conductivity and uniform heat distribution across all shelf surfaces. The bulletproof toughened glass observation window allows safe visual monitoring without pressure interruption.

A vacuum meter displays chamber pressure in real time, while PID control with LED display manages temperature precisely. Safety is provided by an over-temperature alarm. Optional accessories include additional shelves and a vacuum pump.
