The Faithful DZ-BIV series precision vacuum drying ovens share the same proven four-wall heat conduction vacuum platform as the DZ-BCII series but represent a meaningful upgrade in both vacuum measurement precision and user interface, making them the preferred choice for laboratories requiring higher monitoring accuracy and more comprehensive data visibility during operation.
The most significant upgrade in the BIV series is the vacuum meter — an LCD display instrument with accuracy class 0.5, compared to the class 2.5 pointer gauge of the BCII series. This fivefold improvement in vacuum meter accuracy is important in applications where precise vacuum level verification is required for quality records, regulatory compliance, or process reproducibility, such as pharmaceutical drying validation, materials research, and analytical sample preparation.
The controller interface is also substantially enhanced. Rather than separate upper and lower digit tube rows, the BIV series features a full LCD color screen that displays multiple groups of data simultaneously on a single screen, providing the operator with a comprehensive real-time overview of all key process parameters without the need to interpret separate displays. This improves operational confidence during long unattended drying cycles and simplifies process documentation.
The physical construction, heating system, safety features, and core functional specifications of the BIV series are identical to the BCII series. The inner chamber is high-quality stainless steel sheet, the outer shell is cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating, and the insulation is CE-certified aluminium silicate cotton. The heater is a stainless steel electric heating tube, and the bulletproof tempered glass observation window allows safe visual monitoring of samples throughout the process. Controller functions include sensor deviation correction, temperature overshoot self-tuning, internal parameter locking, and power-off parameter memory, with safety provided by an over-temperature sound-light alarm.
