Natural Convection Drying Oven, Fuzzy PID Controller – China | NCO Series (30 L to 125 L)
NCO series natural convection drying ovens are designed for applications where fan-driven forced airflow would disturb or displace samples — particularly powder materials, lightweight specimens, or delicate preparations sensitive to air movement. Without a circulating fan, the oven relies on natural thermal convection to gradually and gently distribute heat throughout the chamber, making it the preferred choice for powder drying, sample conditioning, and general heating where sample integrity must be maintained.
The mirror stainless steel inner chamber and shelf are designed without internal screws for straightforward cleaning and disinfection. The outer plate is coated with Akzo powder coating for corrosion resistance. Vertical double duct airflow design achieves temperature uniformity within ±3.5% across the working volume. All sides, top, and door panels are filled with aluminum silicate fiber insulation, excluding glass, to prevent scalding and minimise energy loss during extended operation.
D-type models provide 4-digit LED temperature display for simple operation. L-type models upgrade to LCD display and add an independent digital temperature limiter, providing double safety protection for unattended drying cycles and temperature-sensitive samples.
