Forced Convection Drying Oven, Fuzzy PID Controller – China | FCO Series (30 L to 625 L)
FCO series forced convection drying ovens are general-purpose laboratory and industrial ovens designed for a broad range of thermal processing applications. The forced convection fan ensures rapid and uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, supporting consistent results across drying, curing, sterilisation, and heat treatment procedures. Vertical double duct airflow in 30L to 125L models and a specially designed base duct in the 230L model ensure temperature uniformity within ±2.5% across all chamber sizes.
The mirror stainless steel inner chamber and shelf are easy to clean, while the outer plate is coated with Akzo powder for corrosion resistance and a professional appearance. All sides, top, and door are filled with aluminum silicate fiber insulation — excluding the observation glass — to prevent operator scalding and minimise heat loss. Sound insulation material and a high-quality motor keep noise below 52 dB. A Pt100 sensor and fuzzy PID controller provide stable temperature control across the full range.
D-type models use a 4-digit LED display for straightforward operation. L-type models upgrade to a full LCD display, add an adjustable fan speed motor for optimal experimental flexibility, and include an independent digital temperature limiter for double safety protection during unattended operation.
