Forced Air Drying Oven, PID Intelligent Controller – Faithful (30 L to 625 L) | WGL-B / WGLL-BE Series
This forced air drying oven series is engineered for reliable and uniform thermal processing across a broad range of laboratory and industrial applications. The forced convection airflow system ensures even temperature distribution throughout the chamber, eliminating hot spots and providing consistent results whether drying glassware, baking components, conditioning materials, or performing heat treatment procedures.
The inner chamber is constructed from mirror-polished stainless steel, which resists corrosion, is easy to clean, and reflects heat efficiently for improved temperature uniformity. The outer shell is fabricated from cold-rolled steel with an electrostatic powder-coated finish for durability and a professional appearance. High-quality rock wool board insulation, CE certified, maintains thermal efficiency and keeps the exterior surface safe to touch during operation.
Temperature is regulated by a two-section PID intelligent controller, which provides highly stable and accurate control throughout the full working range of RT+10°C to 300°C. The touch button interface allows intuitive parameter setting, while the built-in PT100 sensor delivers precise temperature measurement. A programmable timer covering 0 to 9999 minutes with a timing wait function supports automated operation and unattended processing cycles.
The B-series models display measuring temperature on the upper four-digit tube row and set temperature on the lower row, and include sensor deviation correction, temperature overshoot self-tuning, internal parameter locking, and power-off parameter memory. The BE-series models upgrade to an LCD upper display and additionally incorporate a high-precision digital independent temperature safety limiter and a 4-grade, 3-speed adjustable fan for enhanced airflow control, making them suitable for more demanding or regulated laboratory environments. The 230 and 625 BE models do not include the fan speed adjustor but retain all other BE enhancements.
Each unit is supplied with stainless steel shelves and shelf frames. Shelves are rated at 15 kg load capacity each, with standard 40 mm shelf spacing (100 mm on the 625 L model). Available in seven chamber volumes from 30 L to 625 L to suit everything from compact bench-top laboratory setups to large-scale industrial drying requirements.
