The Faithful WHL series constant-temperature drying ovens are designed for stable, reliable thermal processing in laboratory and light industrial settings where natural convection heating is preferred or sufficient. Unlike forced air ovens, the natural convection design operates without a fan, making this series particularly suitable for drying delicate samples, lightweight materials, or items that could be disturbed by airflow — including powders, tissue samples, paper-based materials, and certain chemical preparations.

The inner chamber is constructed from mirror-polished stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and efficient heat reflection for improved temperature stability. The outer shell is made from cold-rolled steel with an electrostatic powder-coated finish, providing mechanical durability and a professional appearance. High-quality CE-certified rock wool board insulation maintains thermal efficiency and keeps external surfaces safe to handle during operation. The heater is a nickel chromium alloy heating wire, known for its stable output and long service life.

Temperature is regulated by a two-section PID intelligent controller with touch button setting, delivering precise and stable control across the full range of RT+10°C to 300°C. A PT100 sensor provides accurate temperature measurement, and a programmable timer up to 9999 minutes with timing wait function supports unattended automated operation. B-series models display temperature on LED and include sensor deviation correction, temperature overshoot self-tuning, internal parameter locking, and power-off parameter memory. BE-series models upgrade to an LCD display and additionally incorporate a high-precision digital independent temperature safety limiter, along with all B-series functions, for use in more regulated or sensitive laboratory environments. Safety protection differs accordingly: B-type includes an over-temperature sound-light alarm, while BE-type adds a digital independent temperature limiter on top of the alarm.

Each unit is supplied with stainless steel shelves and shelf frames rated at 15 kg load capacity, with 40 mm shelf spacing throughout the range.
