The Jenco 6177M and 6177EU Basis Series benchtop meters represent the foundation of Jenco’s benchtop pH meter line, delivering the measurement accuracy and build quality the brand is internationally recognised for, at an accessible price point. Every unit is hand calibrated and quality-checked by at least two independent teams before leaving the factory — a standard applied across all Jenco meters regardless of price tier.

Measurement performance is centred on 0.01 pH resolution with ±0.01 pH accuracy and 0.1 mV resolution with ±0.05% F.S. mV accuracy, providing the repeatable readings required for routine analytical work. Up to 5-point pH calibration using automatic buffer recognition for both US and NIST European buffer sets simplifies daily calibration. Non-volatile memory stores up to 750 data sets with calibration backup, supporting GLP-aligned data management for regulated laboratory environments.

The streamlined, compact design minimises bench footprint while the large high-contrast LCD with 21 mm pH display ensures easy readability. Touch keys with tactile and audio feedback improve day-to-day usability. The splash-resistant case with durable reinforced plastic construction provides adequate protection for laboratory environments. A standard BNC connector ensures compatibility with the vast majority of commercially available pH and ORP electrodes.
